Return Policy

Due to the nature of the products, only damaged, unopened products may be returned. Store credit for the merchandise will then be applied to the account. Opened products cannot be returned for credit. Please contact us via email if a return becomes necessary. Shipping costs for the items being returned will be the responsibility of the client.

Backorder Policy

Back ordered items are not automatically shipped. Regular ordering policies will apply on arrival of stock.

Shipping Policy

Products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Shipping costs are calculated according to the method of shipment and are included in the invoice at the time of the order. The ORDER MINiMUM IS $100 US dollars. There will be free shipping on all orders over $250.00

Damaged Goods Policy

Damaged goods should be returned. Requests for return should be sent via email. Store credit or replacement of items should be specified and will be made available upon receipt of merchandise.
