Instructions:
By using aromatherapy products you can achieve an optimum level of well-being by creating an atmosphere which will help activate and align your body’s energy centers.

By adding a few drops of a chakra oil or chakra oil synergy blend to your bath water you can enhance your bath experience. Other ways to use our oils would be to mix with a carrier and apply directly on your chakra center (never apply 100% pure oil to your skin without diluting it with water or a carrier oil such as almond or vegetable oil). Apply a few drops of oil onto your pillow; or on a tissue and place the tissue in your clothing drawer, pocket or purse, use your imagination! Several drops of an oil(s) can be added into a spray bottle of water and can be used as a room freshener. You can also apply a few drops of oil to your beeswax candle before lighting (do not apply directly on wick but on the wax of the candle).
As each day of the week correlates to a different color, try using a different Blend daily. Refer to the (Color Therapy Chart) for which day is what color.

These 100% pure aromatherapy blends are a wonderful concept because they allow for the user to experience more of a "totality" then just using one oil. A synergy’s purpose is to take like-minded oils and put them together to increase or intensify a desired effect. Choose what you feel you need, want or are drawn to... each blend puts the power where it belongs.
